In 1987, Lotus Type 99T was driven by Saturo Nakajima and the legendary Ayrton Senna who catapulted the 99T into the motor racing hall of frame by taking two victories and third place in the drivers' championship.
16 years later, Lotus Elise Type 99T is born with both chassis and bodywork based on Formula 1 technology.

It has around a quarter of the number of cells which vastly improves the exhaust flow but also maintains emission and MOT compliance. Full FIA-certification. Air filter ITG Maxogen Induction System - the maxogen system optimises air box entry, the air filter and ducting improve air flow and density of the air entering the engine. The trumpet design recovers air pressure from air velocity filling a plenum volume around the large surface area of the Maxogen Air filter. The radiused outlet of the Maxogen Air filter connects to a high quality secondary duct to feed clean, high pressure, cool air to the engine. Shocks NITRON Racing shocks - The kit NTR Sport Eibach comprises four 1-way adjustable dampers with Eibach motorsport springs for weight reduction and lower friction.
